For deliveries within the UK our standard delivery charge is calculated on the total order value of the order as shown below.

All the available shipping options for your order will be shown on the checkout page.  The charges for the different options are:

Express Delivery (up to 2-3 working days)

Up to £50 - £10 delivery charge
Up to £100 - £15.00 delivery charge
Up to £250 - £30.00 delivery charge
Up to £500 - £40.00 delivery charge
Up to £750 - £50.00 delivery charge
Up to £1000 - £75.00 delivery charge
Up to £1500 - £100.00 delivery charge

Standard Delivery (up to 5-7 working days)

Up to £50 - £5.00 delivery charge
Up to £100 - £10 delivery charge
Up to £250 - £20.00 delivery charge
Up to £500 - £30.00 delivery charge
Up to £750 - £40.00 delivery charge
Up to £1000 - £50.00 delivery charge
Up to £1500 - £75.00 delivery charge

Super Saver Delivery (up to 10-15 working days)

Up to £100 - £5.00 delivery charge
Up to £250 - £10.00 delivery charge
Up to £500 - £20.00 delivery charge
Up to £750 - £30.00 delivery charge
Up to £1000 - £35.00 delivery charge
Up to £2000 - £50.00 delivery charge
Over £2000 - £75.00 delivery charge

Items will be delivered by either Fed-Ex or Interlink Express. Larger heavier items may be delivered either by our own transport or with a pallet courier. 

The item will be securely packaged and in some circumstances may arrive on pallets. Please note when larger items are to be delivered by a pallet courier or our own transport this will need to be arranged for a day when there is someone present to accept delivery.  The delivery driver will only bring the pallet as close to your point of entry as possible over hard level ground with a pallet truck. 
 
All of our postage charges are for deliveries Monday to Friday during office hours. We may be able to arrange other times although these may be subject to a surcharge - please enquire. 

If you wish to collect your item to save the delivery charge this can be arranged. 

Returns & Cancellations Policy: 

We offer a full 14-day money back guarantee*, which covers the full purchase price of the item. If you wish to return the product for any reason this must arranged within 14 days of receipt. Once the item has been returned in the condition it was received in you will receive your refund (please note that due to card processing times it may take 7-10 days to show back in your account). We can arrange for the return of the item for you, we will then deduct the relevant charge from the refund. We will not be responsible for any return postage costs except in the following circumstances. 

In the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged we will arrange for collection of the whole item (or damaged part). Once returned to us we will assess the item and if we find the damage has occurred during transit or as a result of a problem during manufacture we will provide a replacement product. This will then be returned to you at no cost.
 
*This does not apply to furniture items as these are non stock items and are manufactured to order. These items are manufactured especially for you according to your selection of different options. Any order placed for furniture can be cancelled within 14 days of the order being placed and any monies paid will be refunded in full. After this time we will have started production of your item and it can not be cancelled. In the event of the order being cancelled more than 14 days after placing your order then any monies paid will not be refunded as the production of the item will have already commenced.

Please note that to enable safe shipping of furniture items these are supplied flat packed for home assembly.  I am afraid that we are not able to ship any furniture items fully assembled through the courier network as there would be a high risk of damage occurring during transportation.
