Simon delivered and set up my Watersmeet Deluxe unit yesterday. He called me earlier in the day to give me a time and he did a superb job, every empty box was taken away, and he is a very pleasant guy. I am so pleased with the unit and have already started to transfer my sewing paraphernalia, another week should do it! I do have a lot of stuff. I am delighted with my Watersmeet cabinet which was delivered and fitted on Monday, a couple of the large boxes were missing but a quick phone call sorted this and they were delivered this morning. Everyone I have spoken to over the telephone have been most helpful, friendly and polite. I have managed to get all my stash tidied away and still have a few boxes to fill. The white cabinet is really well finished and all my friends are envious.

Ordered the Petite Foldaway Unit for my wife and found the staff really helpful and it was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The assembly instructions were easy to understand and follow and the quality of the unit is outstanding and good value for money. I am the proud owner of one of your beautiful pieces of furniture - oh yes and it is my wonderfully full practical craft station! What a joy to have everything to hand and then to shut up shop and everything so tidy. Especially as I live in a one bedroomed flat which used to have boxes, shelves, floor and sometimes bed littered with my precious craft equipment and works in progress. Because the phone number was an 0800 one, it allowed me to talk to Kevin about various aspect of the product after seeing it at the Harrogate show. I needed clarification on some of the information on the web site. The help and advice received ended up by me purchasing the Watersmeet and the bookcases to go with. I then logged on the web site and read some of the testimonials realising that I had done the right thing. So looking forward to receiving and putting the furniture to use.

Thank you to all of the staff at your company. My order of the Dunster Foldaway arrived last Friday and was expertly put together in a flash by Simon and Sheldon - two really lovely chaps. I am absolutely delighted with it, having just re-located and downsized I needed somewhere to store all my craft materials and the foldaway is absolutely ideal. I cannot recommend Storage 4 Crafts highly enough, great customer service and a well made, brilliant piece of furniture.

My husband purchased of your our storage units and also shelving units at the Grand Designs show on the very first day. It was delivered last night. Can I say that I am over the moon with the price that we got it for and all the matching cabinets. and to top the whole experience off, the people that delivered it last night are a credit to your company. they called to say the expected arrival time and then called to say almost there. They then helped move a car and quickly and without much effort get everything in and back together. They are the icing on the whole thing and gave me advice and a quick guide on opening and closing the tables. they also advised me if I needed to move it and order other bits nothing would be too much them to come back and help. thanks again Jacqueline McQueen a very happy customer.

Now that I have had the opportunity to put my Dunster craft storage unit together I would like to say that I am delighted with this product. However what makes it even better is the amazing service I have received from Jess and Rachel. Jess knows the products inside out and has an answer for every query. The designs are such that they have thought of everything and it is wonderful that changes can be made to suit your needs. As another customer mentioned they are considered purchases but with Ezi-Pay it's more manageable. I purchased the watersmeet unit with bookcases at a craft event in Manchester. I never dreamed I would spend so much on storage for my crafts, but I am so thoroughly delighted with my purchase. I have just finished (with a little muscle from my husband!) putting together my new unit - 130cm A3/A4 combi Really useful unit, which I bought at Westpoint, and was delivered last night. I cant begin to tell you how pleased I am with it. My dining room will look at lot tidier! By altering the bottom shelves I have managed to house my Cricut and Grand Calibur machines which were in the way of everything. By doing that I now have 3 boxes over, but I am sure I can find a use for them somewhere......................! I'm now thinking of trying to save the money, hopefully by Shepton Mallet, to buy a Knighthayes unit so I dont have to clear the dining table everytime we have guests Once again, many thanks for your excellent product Sheila Brooks ps very nice delivery men too --

My expectations have been exceeded regarding the quality of the product and the manufacturers service. From NEC show discussion through, order, delivery and installation the professionalism of the people involved has shone through. The Watersmeet is brilliant and my wife loves it - even though she has yet to put everything in it. Jess told me the unit would be delivered late afternoon (two weeks earlier than expected) and Simon and his lad arrived at 4.30 and were gone before 6.30. They were polite, friendly and efficient -even taking the packaging away- a credit to themselves and the company. Thoroughly recommend this company and wish them continued success in future.

I recently received my Watersmeet 2.0 and Bookcases, I just wanted to say how very pleased I am with the service from yourselves. Simon the driver unloaded all the boxes and fitted the units together extremely quickly and when he had finished he demonstrated the easiest way to lower and lift the desks. Simon left no mess and is a credit to the company and I would recommend your products to anybody considering purchasing storage and work cupboards for their hobby from yourselves. I am writing to say a very big thank you for my order from the end of August. Order Ref no #*******, the Complete Fold away kit. Well what can I say…. every dealing with your firm has been absolutely superb. I have pondered over this big purchase for many many months, but your Bank Holiday saver persuaded me to take the plunge. The Item was delivered and packaged wonderfully. It was very clear on what was needed and actually assembling the unit was easy to follow. I was fascinated putting it together piece by piece and then unpacking all the Really Useful Boxes, it was just like christmas had come early! The unit was delivered as advised and was easy to assemble. One of the box lids was broken in transit and I thought this would be a problem. However I contacted Sharon and sent her a photo and she immediately organised a replacement. I thought the service was great and this is a great company to deal with. Products are lovely and customer service second to none - will be buying another unit at the next show to take advantage of the show discount :).

We were the first drop of the day and Simon arrived at 8 .15am and was gone in a couple of hours, everything finish and all rubbish gone. What a lovely chap Simon is, as we are in Pembrokeshire it was a very early start for him, so happy to supply tea and toast to keep him going. Have not had time to play with my new toy yet as we are off to the US in a couple of days but it looks so good in my workroom can’t wait to get back from holiday to start filling it!

Received my unit yesterday which was assembled by a very nice man in good time. I would have hated to have had to do this myself he made a fantastic job. The unit is great have spent 1.1/2 days filling it and am so pleased with it looks really good.
